Alexis McAndrew

Alexis McAndrew is a hard-working, detail-oriented and resourceful real estate professional who enjoys finding customers a home they’ll cherish for years. In 2004 Alexis began her career working with top-producing agents, including the leading broker from the Manhattan Sotheby's Office. Alexis has been successful in the business-closing sales, rental and purchase transaction across Long Island, as well as handling new development sales. Alexis sold the highest price listing in Lattingtown in 2020 and was nominated for Daniel Gale's Gold Circle of Excellence. She was also named a recipient of Long Island Business News 2020 Who's Who in Real Estate. Extremely reliable, knowledgeable, and dedicated, Alexis quickly secures trust and loyalty by helping them feel informed throughout the process and confident in their real estate decision making. While originally from Palm Beach, FL, Alexis spent her formative years in and around New York City. She was educated at Westminster School in Simsbury, CT and went on to receive her B.A. in Communications at Denison University in Granville, Ohio. On returning to New York her penchant for quality service, articulate communication skills, and eye for detail created a perfect fit for her within the professional real estate industry. Alexis is a member of both the Real Estate Board of New York and the Long Island Board of Realtors. Alexis is also a Certified Buyer Representative (CBR), having received special training to represent a buyer and assist them in achieving the optimal sales price. Alexis and her husband Timothy bought a house in Locust Valley in 2016 and have enjoyed becoming active members of the community.
