What are your favorite spots in the area?

Oyster Bay waterfront center and cruising on the antique schooner Christine. Theodore Roosevelt park, Centre island, TOB Beaches, Brewery, It Bagel, Coach Meeting House, 2 Spring Street, Taco Bay, Cooper Bluff, Sagamore Hill, OB Historical Society

What is the current market status?

Low inventory - very affordable, sub one-million market also including East Norwich with low inventory; desirable schools and lifestyle and attractive public amenities. Quick sale if priced right!

Where are people coming from who buy in this area?

Everywhere. Lots of appeal - especially boaters. 25% from NYC bt that number may grow given the circumstances.

What is DGSIR's experience selling in this area?

We no longer have an office in OB proper. Others have a larger presence there; the area is covered by DGSIR LV, CSH and syosset.

Anything else you'd like to tell us?

It's special. Lots of $$$ has been invested into the waterfront and restaurants. It's becoming a destination town - and don't forget the Oyster Fest!!!
