Bio

Lois is a lifelong resident of Long Island. She graduated from Farmingdale High School and then attended Hofstra University where she obtained her BS in Industrial Engineering and an MBA in Finance.

Lois hails from a family who was very active with real estate. Her mother was a top performing real estate agent and her parents invested in income properties and developed small residential subdivisions. Growing up, Lois helped to maintain the rental properties on weekends.

Following in her family's footsteps, Lois began investing in income property shortly after college. Having bought and sold dozens of properties of her own, she understand the issues facing both buyers and sellers.

Besides her involvement in real estate, Lois and her husband own a Thoroughbred Horse breeding farm and breed horses to race at Belmont, Aqueduct, Saratoga and Finger Lakes. Lois lives in Lattingtown, with her family, where they have resided for the last 14 years.
