Lea grew up in North Carolina and graduated from U.N.C. prior to heading to New York. She worked briefly in the fashion merchandising sector, then stayed home to rear one daughter and one son. She entered the world of real estate in 1977 and then became a co-founder of Sterling Properties in 1984 which was acquired by Daniel Gale Associates in 2001. She became a Vice-President of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty and co-manages the Roslyn office and The Condo Group. Lea has a long history serving on the Professional Standards committee of LIBOR as a mediator, chairperson and panelist.

She has an outstanding record of achievement in real estate sales and marketing and has consistently been a multi-million dollar producer. Her commitment to service and professionalism makes her a much sought-after broker.
