Margaret is in the top 1% of residential Brokers in the North Shore, Gold Coast area with more than 18 years experience selling real estate and is Associate Director of the firm’s Upper Tier Marketing Program. She is a Licensed Associate Broker with four designations including GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute), SRES (Senior Residential Specialist), CBR (Certified Buyers Representative), and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist). Margaret honed interpersonal skills by successfully completing Herb Cohen’s renowned course "Negotiate This." She is a member of both National Association of REALTORS and Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate. Margaret is frequently interviewed by Newsday for their Real Estate section and was the source "The Rich Buy Differently." Recently, Margaret was quoted in the Sunday New York Times articles "Living in Lattingtown." In 2007 and 2008 Margaret appeared on NBC’s "Open House New York" to introduce her mansion listings, Northwood in Oyster Bay Cove ($18,000,000) and La Selva in Upper Brookville ($16,950,000). Other past listings that Margaret marketed were the Woolworth Mansion for $20,000,000 and Sassafras in Old Brookville for $15,000,000.
