Annie joins Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty with the 2007 acquisition of Deirdre O’Connell Realty. In 2006, Annie was the top selling agent for Deirdre O’Connell Realty. Her contributions extend beyond listing and selling. She developed the firm’s original advertising campaign, its listing presentation and many of its marketing materials. She began her career in real estate in 1995 after relocating to Manhasset from Boston, Massachusetts. Her experience purchasing a home led her directly into a career in real estate.

Annie’s clients and customers have described her as innovative, discreet, thorough, knowledgeable and unflappable. She offers highly personalized service that can range from staging a home for sale to simply entertaining a child for parents viewing a home. Living in Manhasset and participating in activities in Manhasset, Port Washington and Sands Point have made her a local expert in her market. After graduating with honors from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a degree in English and a minor in marketing, Annie worked for many years in marketing and sales for the magazine publishing industry. She also enjoyed time as a creative partner in the fast-paced world of branding and advertising. She believes her college job as a ski instructor helped to develop her presentation and public speaking skills.

Annie lives in Manhasset with her husband, Mark and her twin boys. When she is not working, she loves to play tennis, sail on beautiful Manhasset Bay or head to the mountains for some skiing.
